Important information before scheduling

• We should be the last contractor after all other updates are done, if any.

• For liability purposes, we do not remove drain flanges. If you plan to have the drain flange replaced, please either 1) have the old flange removed by a plumber or handyman who is licensed and insured for plumbing work before refinishing and the new one installed a minimum of 24 hours post-refinishing or 2) have the old flange removed and a new one installed prior to refinishing by a plumber or handyman who is licensed and insured for plumbing work, and we will carefully cover the new flange with high quality painters tape during the refinishing process.

• We DO remove overflow drain plates prior to the refinishing process. They can be easily installed by anyone a minimum of 24 hours post-service.

• We need the room emptied of removable items on all surfaces and cleaned before our arrival (no dust/hair, construction dust/debris or personal items). Cabinets and closets do not need to be emptied.

• Water, electric and HVAC must be on and working during the project, with a normal room temperature and controlled humidity (between 68 and 78 degrees Fahrenheit) during and for 24 hours after the project to allow for proper adhesion and curing of the coating.

• We mask and cover everything surrounding the area to be refinished.

• We remove old caulk, clean, prep, repair, prime and refinish in either our SharkGrip Glaze or various Liquid Stone coatings.

• We remove masking and dispose of all trash off-site.

• We re-caulk in of White or Clear Supreme Silicone Sealant when the project is completed. Custom color caulk/sealant must be discussed in advance, and requires an additional site visit a minimum of 24 hours post-service at an additional cost, or can be installed by the client or the client’s preferred contractor (tile installer, handyman, etc.)

• We must be able to run our flexible ventilation tube through a nearby window with a removable screen (preferred) or a door.

• 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the project date(s), balance is due to your technician at time of service completion.

• 5 year workmanship warranty for owner occupants, 2 years for commercial or tenant occupied properties - no peeling or yellowing. • Quotes are valid for 30 days. Past 30 days we may require new photos to confirm the condition of the tub, especially if there was other work happening in the house or same room, and the quote may or may not be adjusted accordingly.
